LightningMcqueen icon commission

Icon commission for ~LightningMcQueen! They wanted a captured Spirit! o: Sorry about the long wait. >^< But I think this turned out okay..It's been a really long time since I did the "Spirit" style and I'm really rusty. BUT it's not too bad. The background was done kind of quick-ish just because when you put it as your icon, it'll look better and not as messy.
